Unmarked potatoes were seized with ekáer
Eighty tons of unmarked potatoes were seized in Újfehértó, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, after checking the data of the electronic road freight system.
The staff of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) found the 80 tons of unmarked potatoes at the the premises of a farmer – Suller György Attila NAV spokesman informed MTI on Saturday.
As it turned out, the scammers aimed to distribute the potatoes of uncertain origin as Hungarian products – he added. (MTI)
