Eismann the new owner of Family Frost

Included in the deal is a Nestlé factory in Törökbálint, where Family Frost products already account for 75% of total output.

  Nestlé has signed an agreement to sell its Family Frost ice cream division to Eismann. The factory will be operated by Eismann Production Kft. January once the necessary permits are available. The factory will continue to manufacture products for Nestlé Ice Cream Hungária Kft.
