A fabulous gluten-free recipe book was published on World Health Day
The newly published book, Fairytale Recipes Gluten-Free, helps families switching to a gluten-free diet with fabulous recipes, written by lifestyle consultant Hajnalka Virágh and her ADHD daughter.
The book introduces 32 gluten-free recipes with fairy tales so that children can learn about healthy eating in a playful way. The publication aims to make cooking a positive experience and make everyday life with children with ADHD easier. The book was published on April 7, World Health Day. The book was also proofread by an expert consultant to provide even more reliable help.
