ÉFOSZ: hambuger tax is problematic
The National Food Processors Association (ÉFOSZ) considers the hamburger tax's concept fundamentally wrong and contrary to the interests of the Hungarian economy – told ÉFOSZ to MTI on Thursday.
According to ÉFOSZ; the special tax would not guarantee the expected revenue for the central budget, because of the high control and administration costs, that are typical for the small taxes. The National Food Processors Association (ÉFOSZ) considers, that in order to avoid undue increasing of the burden on businesses, a prior impact study is essential – reports MTI.
