According to an EIB survey, Hungarians are more pessimistic than the EU average about green changeover
49 percent of Hungarians believe that the green switchover will be a source of economic growth, compared to 56 percent of all EU citizens, the European Investment Bank (EIB) told MTI on Monday.
According to the research, 52 percent of Hungarians believe that more jobs will be lost than created as a result of policies to address climate change, and that climate policy measures will degrade their quality of life.
61 percent of Europeans believe the green switchover will improve their quality of life, they said. (MTI)
