Audi’s global deliveries fell by 2.9 percent last year

Audi delivered more than 1.6 million vehicles to its customers worldwide last year, a decrease of 2.9 percent compared to the previous year. However, deliveries have increased year-on-year every month since September, according to a statement posted on the company’s website.

Last year, orders increased by more than 13 percent compared to 2024, and orders for electric models jumped by around 58 percent.

Deliveries of purely electric models set a record last year, increasing by around 36 percent to more than 223,000. The two new electric vehicles (EVs), the Audi A6 e-tron (37,000) and the Audi Q6 e-tron (84,000), contributed significantly to the increase in demand.

Audi achieved delivery records in Canada, Poland, Turkey and Denmark, among others, last year.

In Europe (excluding Germany), Audi delivered more than 464,000 vehicles last year, down 0.5 percent from a year earlier. At the same time, deliveries of electric vehicles increased by almost 40 percent to around 113,000.

Audi achieved growth in its home market, Germany: the number of vehicles delivered increased by 4 percent to more than 206,000, of which around 41,000 were purely electric (+89 percent).

In North America, Audi delivered more than 202,000 vehicles, 12.2 percent fewer than in 2024. Of this, the number of electric vehicles was a record 33,000, which is 15 percent more than a year ago. In Canada, deliveries rose by 11 percent to a record 37,000.

Audi delivered 618,000 vehicles to the Chinese market last year, 5 percent fewer than a year earlier.

In overseas and emerging markets, Audi increased its deliveries by 5.5 percent to around 134,000 last year. Deliveries of purely electric models rose by 26 percent to 14,000. The countries with the highest growth were Argentina (+77 percent), Turkey (+28 percent) and Egypt (+21 percent).
