Auchan and Spar are “disability-friendly workplaces”
Over the past two decades, increasing attention is paid to people with disabilities. Beside accessibility, the most important tasks are; education and the workplace – stressed Soltész Miklós, State Secretary of Ministry of National Resources on a press conference combined with an award ceremony in Budapest on Monday.
In Hungary, because of the demographic changes staff shortages are expected within the next 20-30 years, and if we do use the knowledge of people with disabilities, the country will not be able to carry out a lot of work – he said.
The following organizations deserved the “disability-friendly workplaces” recognition: The Auchan Magyarország Kft., the Spar Magyarország Kft., the Szeged- based SZEFO Fonalfeldolgozó Zrt., the BauMax Magyarország Kereskedelmi Zrt., the Hotel Panda Kft., the Johnson Controls Mezőlak Kft., Macher Gépészeti és Elektronikai Kft. and the Szerencsejáték Zrt. – reports hírszerzo.hu.
