The Árkád will be the largest shopping center
The Árkád will be the largest Hungarian shopping center, after a 20 thousand square meters enlargement.
The Árkád 2 shopping center will be completed next March, while the Árkád 1 celebrating its 10th anniversary will be renewed for next Autumn. Árkád 1 that will have a 68 thousand square meters of rentable area, will be the country's largest shopping center – said Knut Volquardsen, project manager of ECE Project Management Budapest Ltd. in Budapest on Tuesday.
The expansion and renovation costs 80 million euros, about 240 billion HUF – added the project director. (Világgazdaság Online, MTI)
