Appeninn Holding became the majority owner of Club Aliga
The Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyrt. has become the majority shareholder of the Club Aliga. The value of the sale exceeded 14.1 million euros – announced Appeninn Holding on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday.
Appeninn BLT Kft., a subsidiary of Appeninn Holding, acquired the 74,99 percent ownership of the PRO-MOT Hungária Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft. (MTI)
