The Abbey restaurant of Pannonhalma has opened
“The Benedictine Abbey of Pannonhalma opens its doors. Its hospitality for eternity and the secret for a short moment” – said Várszegi Asztrik Bishop Archabbot at the ceremonial opening of the VIATOR restaurant and wine bar.
The restaurant can accommodate 65 guests and named Viator. The Latin phrase means passenger, refers that we are always on the road – explained the name Várszegi Asztrik. The arboretum, and the renovation of the herb garden, the lavender distiller will be completed soon as well as the guest house, which will allow several days of relaxation.
