Amazon was the largest clothing retailer in the United States last year
Amazon.com, an online retail portal, was the largest distributor of apparel and footwear in the U.S. last year, according to a study by Wells Fargo, a major U.S. bank.
Data from a study released recently found that the value of clothes and shoes sold on Amazon.com rose 15 percent to 41 billion USD in 2020. In this category, this value accounted for 11 to 12 percent of the total U.S. market, and only accounted for 34 to 35 percent of its Internet trading. (MTI)
