AM has described the rules for reporting weather damage events
The vegetation period has just begun this year, but farmers have already been forced to suffer a number of damage events, droughts, frosts and storms. A prerequisite for the payment of adequate compensation is that those concerned are familiar with the rules of the agricultural damage compensation scheme, the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) told MTI on Tuesday.

Weather damage events can be reported within 15 days of the damage being detected
According to the prospectus, a farmer is entitled to a compensatory allowance if he has filed his claim electronically in due time in accordance with the law, the damage was actually caused by a weather event, the crop decreased by more than 15 percent certified by the certifying body. (MTI)
