Facebook is no longer just the most popular marketing tool for small and medium businesses, but also rated the most effective. Most SMEs have fled from the “coronavirus” there, but the blue giant is demanding more and more in return for their success, yet they have more confidence in it. SMEs are in Stockholm Syndrome – according to this year’s survey of Marketing Commando’s ten-year survey.
Facebook is the most popular marketing tool for SMEs and the absolute winner of 2020. 83 percent of respondents use it, 4 percentage points more than a year before. For the first time this year, the social media giant is also leading the list of the most effective tools. What’s more, Facebook tops the list of devices used under pressure from the coronavirus.
