The office reminds in its statement that according to the Hungarian legislation in force, in addition to cherries, even in the case of processing apples in Hungary, it is obligatory to record in writing the contract for the sale of fruits. The mandatory content elements of the document are defined in a European Union regulation, which stipulates, among other things, that the price to be paid for the delivered product must be fixed in writing in the contract.
