Allianz helps the needy with 10 million HUF through the sustainability program of the Hungarian Food Bank Association
1.8 million tons of food surplus is generated in Hungary every year, while tens of thousands of deprived children live in the country.
The Hungarian Food Bank Association finds and collects the food surplus, then delivers it to those in need, thus reducing deprivation and waste.
In the treatment of social problems arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, which are larger than usual, the Allianz Hungária Zrt. helps the organization’s food rescue work and feed the needy with an immediate donation of money.
