ALDI received the “Reliable Employer” award for the fourth time
With its human resources activities, ALDI Hungary has earned the recognition of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) for the fourth time since 2017, the title of “Reliable Employer 2023/2024”. This award is awarded by the DUIHK to companies that continuously and significantly improve working and social conditions, putting the employee at the center.
The aim of the initiative launched by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce is to encourage employers to create an employee-friendly environment, and at the same time to strengthen the labor market position of the awarded companies, for which the title awarded by the independent organization can make it easier to retain employees, and the job seeker reaching new employees.
