ALDI is also prepared for the Lake Balaton season: 100 new jobs and longer opening hours
ALDI is preparing for the tourist season around Lake Balaton with special attention this summer. The company is creating 100 new seasonal jobs in its stores in the region, with attractive wages and benefits packages, while customers are welcomed with extended opening hours during the summer months.
Between June 1 and August 24, ten ALDI stores in the Balaton area will offer extended shopping opportunities. Seasonal employees can work 30, 35 or 40 hours a week, and their gross starting salary can be up to 595,200 HUF. In preparation for the increase in turnover, the department store chain is welcoming customers with ice cream islands, an expanded grill selection, local wines, and new air-conditioned tents in Szántód and Balatonalmádi.
From June 20, ALDI stores will open at 7 am, and in Balatonfüred at 6:30 am, so that holidaymakers can do their shopping even more conveniently during the high season.
