Last member of the Albrecht family leaves Aldi’s management
For the first time ever, no member of the founding Albrecht family is active in the management of Aldi Nord, as the son of the discount chain’s founder, Theo Albrecht, has retired from operational management. Mr Albrecht has decided to step down following an internal reorganisation at Aldi Nord. The CEO will become honorary chairman of the supervisory board.
