The financial impact of AI at the 207 largest North American retailers and restaurants could reach nearly USD 1.6 thousand billion by the end of the decade. IHL Group’s AI Readiness Index compares the readiness scores (ranging from 0-100) of companies with the potential financial impact of sales growth, gross margin improvement and sales/general administrative cost reductions for each company. //
