Chinese retailers see AI as the future of boosting sales
According to a new survey by Bain & Company, the Chinese e-commerce sector is increasingly adopting AI technology to improve efficiency and boost sales.

Data reveal that 52% of e-commerce platforms in Asia are already using at least one generative AI tool. More than half of the merchants surveyed have generative AI-based chatbots for customer service tasks, while around one in three companies are using AI for content production. 40-50% of the acquisition spending by Alibaba and JD.com is related to AI. //
