The Ministry of Agriculture is committed to supporting small producers, with the latest support, more than 80 billion forints have already been awarded to more than 14,000 small farmers. He added: within the framework of the call, primary producers and businesses with small-scale plants could submit a grant application for a lump-sum, flat-rate subsidy of HUF 15,000 for a period of 5 years. We will continue the renewal of Hungarian agriculture, 5,300 billion forints will go to the Hungarian countryside in the Common Agrarian Policy Strategy Plan – stressed István Nagy.
The minister pointed out that cheeses and wines have a worthy place and culture in the Hármas-Körös valley. The importance of the festival is also well exemplified by the fact that the per capita consumption of cheese in Hungary has increased in recent years, he added.
