The MVH paid out more than 98 percent of the agricultural subsidies
More than 98 percent of last year's direct agricultural subsidies were paid out by the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH) on time, by June 30, making it possible to pay out this year's grants advance payments to the farmers from October 16 – the agency told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the communication, only 2 percent of the subsidies was not paid out, mainly due to legal disputes or litigations.
The agency respects the EU standards and the Hungarian legislations, so only pays out the subsidies to the farmers if the legal problems will be solved. (MTI)
