Fazekas discusses the preservation of agricultural subsidies
Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture is negotiating over the post-2020 support system for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) at the International Grüne Woche exhibition in Berlin – agrarszektor.hu wrote. The Head of the Cabinet will discuss with 16 Foreign Ministers that the current level of EU agricultural subsidies should be maintained within the EU budget.
Hungary’s most important agricultural market is Germany. Leaders from 65 countries will come to the event at the Grüne Woche exhibition. Hungary is representing its previous position, arguing that the current level of EU agricultural subsidies should be maintained within the EU budget after 2020 – the Ministry of Agriculture notes in its communication.
