There is plenty of feed available in Hungary

Sufficient amount of cereal feed is available in Hungary, in order to satisfy all feeding needs – says the Ministry of Rural Development.

EU is not struggling with the lack of feed either: EU agricultural ministers were in agreement to use subsidised private storage in order to help support the pig meat market and pig farmers. Currently, many pig farmers are facing difficulties because of higher feed prices due to a global shortage of cereal.
