Laws amended in favour of the agri-food sector
Recently the Hungarian parliament modified several laws in a way that the agri-food sector benefits from the changes. For instance upon the proposal of NAK and the Association of Hungarian Farmers’ Societies and Cooperatives (Magosz), the rules for exemption from fee payment when buying agricultural land have changed. What is more, the general regulation for buying and selling agricultural land has become easier for local resident farmers.
