Organic farming is the priority part of the agricultural sector
Organic farming is an increasingly important part of the future of agriculture – Nagy István, Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture said on Sunday at the VIII. Bionap (8th Organic Day) in Hanságliget.
Nagy István told at the professional event, organized by the Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft., that Hungary, despite its favorable conditions failed to use the opportunities of organic farming so far, so the government aims to double the size of the organic production areas to 350 thousand hectares by 2020.
