The NAV has to pay the late charges of the VAT refund to a firm in Zala county

The NAV has to pay a close to 10 million HUF late charges of the VAT refund to an Ltd, in Zala county. The spokesman of the Zalaegerszeg Tribunal told MTI on Thursday that an EU legislation was applied directly in the lawsuit.

The judgment is final, but the stakeholders may submit a request for review within 60 days to the court of justice. (MTI)
