Leasing cost decreased because of change tax rules' change

According the new rules from January 2008 , VAT is deductible by leasing car too and VAT of other services too.

Flotta financing changed from the year
beginn, the leasing companies can deduct the VAT from it's cost so
the leasing is cheaper, with minimum 20%. From 1 of Mai, the other
services' VAT, for example repair, winter tyres, assistance etc. can
be deduct.
