Customers no longer have enough good product or service, they also want an experience. And the impact of a positive or negative customer experience goes far beyond a single purchase. Customers can turn away from the company after a bad experience, and some unpleasant customer experiences can result in the loss of up to 60 percent of the customer base, according to the Avaya survey.
