Shopping malls and schools are also closing in Austria
In Austria, schools will close, smaller shops may remain open, but shopping malls where many people can congregate will have to pull down the blinds to curb the spread of the coronavirus, the Austrian news portal oe24.at reported on Friday morning.
The news portal wrote that Chancellor Sebastian Kurz will announce the measures on Saturday afternoon.
According to oe24, schools are completely switching to digital education, only kindergartens can remain open, and possibly the lower grades of primary schools. (MTI)
