Payment of the dividends in August by Hungary Zwack AGM

Hungarian distiller Zwack has announced that to pay HUF 2 bn as dividend from the 2006 after-tax profit.

The remaining HUF 626.794 m into profit reserves. The
HUF1,000 payment of the dividends on a pro rata basis in accordance with the
shareholding set forth in the Company's Share Register on August 17, 2007. The
distribution of the dividends shall commence on August 27."
