The edible salts passed the test of Nébih
The edible salts have passed the test of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih). Only minor labeling errors were found in half of the products – according to the Thursday announcement of Nébih.
In the first half of the overall control a total of 14 edible, marine, stewed, refined salt and vacuum salts were tested. The physical and chemical parameters and sensory properties were tested. The markings were tested as well. The test continues with the testing of the specific salts – iodinated, fluorinated reduced sodium content salts. (MTI)
