Hungarians spend 40 thousand HUF on average for Christmas
The amount for Christmas spending is 40 thousand forints this year, half of the population spends less than 25 thousand HUF for Christmas this year – according to the representative survey of CIB Bank, carried out by the NRC market researcher.
According to a survey sent to MTI on Wednesday, an additional 24 percent of the population spends 25 – 50 thousand HUF for this purpose. However, only 13 percent of the Hungarians spend over 75 thousand HUF for Christmas, so the average is 40 thousand HUF. (MTI)
