On average, 194 thousand forints are spent on vacation by the Hungarians this year according to a survey
63 percent of Hungarians are expected to go on vacation this year and plan to spend on average 194 thousand forints on it – according to the survey of the K&H Bank.
According to the research, sent to MTI on Tuesday, nearly half of the travelers are planning to spend less than 150,000 forints. On average, the residents of Budapest plan to spend 238 thousand forints, while those who are living in villages plan to spend 160 thousand forints. 22 percent of vacationers this year can spend between 50,000 and 99,000 forints, 19 percent of them 100-149,000 forints. The proportion of those who plan to spend between 300,000 and 499,000 forints is only 8 percent. (MTI)
