Transformed travel habits
Individual tourism is expected to increase in 2016, the personalized trips are coming to the fore even more.
In the past two years, 41 percent of the Europeans chose individual tourism, and only 36 percent chose group holidays. Previously organized tours were popular – according to the survey of the German tourism industry experts and the Avis Car Rental. The own experiences of Avis also confirm this trend as the car rental gets more and more important role as the result of the change in travel habits.
