The market for online services has changed, customers are making more cautious decisions, more and more people are buying at the last minute, and the range of services they are looking for has changed, according to a joint survey by Bónusz Brigád and GKID which specializes for the research in online services.
According to the analysis, three-quarters of respondents have changed their previous online shopping habits, and a quarter spend their last-minute money on a service such as travel.
The announcement quotes Banga Györgyi, chief operating officer of the Bonus Brigade, who said that flexibility has become one of the most important factors influencing purchasing decisions, which also shows that financial awareness is growing among consumers. (MTI)
