The BAT Pécsi Dohánygyár (BAT PD) Kft. is transforming the production of the Pécs tobacco factory because the worldwide demand for new health products that are less risky for health, such as tobacco-free nicotine pillows, has increased, the British County Tobacco (BAT) told MTI on Thursday.

The tobacco factory’s announcement stated that most of the cigarette brands would be discontinued locally, that only one of the best-known domestic brands would be produced in Pécs, and that nicotine pillows would be produced predominantly in the future. (MTI)
