Carrefour to rebrand all Champion shops
French supermarket giant will rebrand all 1,021 of its Champion shops as Carrefour by the end of 2009, La Tribune reported.
The company will transform around 150
of the shops by the end of 2008, the paper said, adding Champion's
works council had been informed recently of the decision.
The paper said Carrefour may take the
opportunity to present the plan formally at its annual managers'
meeting, due to take place between June 23 and June 25.
