The one millionth Széchenyi Rest Card was handed over
Glattfelder Béla, Minister of State for the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) handed over the one millionth Széchenyi Rest Card in Budapest on Thursday to András Klára, the head of the Pharmaceuticals Division of EGIS.
Today, one in four workers has a Széchenyi Rest Card. 80 percent of the spending takes place in the countryside, which contributes to job creation – the Minister of State said.
The government supports managed consumption with the card in order to devote the a part of the employees’ income to domestic holidays. The government's aim is to preserve the benefits of the Széchenyi Rest Card and increase the number of users – Glattfelder Béla added. (MTI)
