The Excellence Awards of the Hungarian Logistics, Procurement and Inventory Society were presented
For years, the Hungarian Logistics, Procurement and Inventory Association (MLBKT) has been announcing the most prestigious awards in the Hungarian procurement and logistics profession in several categories. The aim of the MLBKT excellence tenders is to widely introduce and recognize talent and exemplary professional knowledge, as well as to provide the greatest possible publicity to dedicated persons active in the field of supply chain management, successfully implemented projects and companies that can serve as role models for everyone.
In November 2023, the Company announced the awards for Logistics Manager of the Year, Procurement Manager of the Year, Procurement Team of the Year and Young SCM Talent of the Year, as well as the Logistics Excellence Award for successful projects. The awards were evaluated and commented on by the MLBKT’s professional Judging Committees, taking into account many professional aspects and with careful deliberation, and then the Board of the MLBKT discussed the evaluations at its meeting on April 11, 2024 and decided on the awarding of the awards. Based on their decision, the following applications won the excellence awards for 2023:
Logistics Excellence Award
Project of the Year Award: Flex International Kft. Zalaegerszeg Automotive plant “Industry 4.0 Logistics and automation developments in the Flex Zala Automotive plant” project
SME Award: Budapest Bortársaság Kft.’s “BOR takes us far” project
Logistics Manager of the Year

Procurement Manager of the Year
Zsolt Azurák, Purchasing Director, Euronics Technical Chain/Vöröskő Kft.
Procurement Team of the Year:
