The Gundel Restaurant’s renovated garden was handed over

The garden of the Gundel Restaurant, renovated with a 120 million HUF investment was handed over on Friday in Budapest.

Tarlós István Mayor at the opening ceremony highlighted: the restaurant is operating in the building for 120 years, and operating under the Gundel Restaurant name since 1910. Since then the restaurant has become a must-see cultural gastronomy institution of Hungary and the City Park in Budapest and the Gundel heritage deservedly bears the Hungaricum title. (MTI)
