The 2026 Companies for the Future Awards have been presented

At Thursday’s awards gala, Richárd Szabados, State Secretary for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Technology and the Defense Industry at the Ministry of National Economy (NGM), highlighted that the changes have received the largest support amounts of all time in the past year and a half. The Sándor Demján program reached 50 thousand enterprises in one and a half years, and these companies received more than 2,100 billion forints in support, which helps economic growth. In addition, innovation and technological renewal are important, he added.

The Secretary of State asked the membership of the JVSZ, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, to share their knowledge and build as many new relationships as possible.

Ágnes Fábián, president of the JVSZ, highlighted that the association’s legal predecessor had already played an important role in the 3 years before the change of regime by mediating between foreign companies opening up to Hungary and the decision-making sphere. Their role in the new economic environment that followed was further strengthened, relying on the cooperative and initiative-oriented nature of their membership.

The Companies for the Future Award large company main prize this year was won by LEGO Manufacturing Kft., the second place went to Schneider Electric Hungary, and the third prize was awarded to BEKO Engineering Kft.

The winner of the Companies for the Future Award medium-sized company main prize this year was RSM Hungary, the second and third places were earned by Kulcs-Soft Zrt. and Észak-Kelet Flóra Kft.

The Companies for the Future Award special prizes are awarded to companies that can win, whose exemplary good practices can inspire other companies.

The first place in the Best Talent Program was taken by Magyar Suzuki Zrt., second place was taken by Yettel Magyarország Zrt., and third place was taken by Bayer Hungária Kft.

The first place in the Best ESG Program was taken by OTP Bank, second place was taken by Vita Stilo Kft., and third place was taken by AUMOVIO Hungary.

The Best Technology Investment award was taken by Tolnagro Kft., second place was taken by PRANGL-Hungaria Kft., and third place was taken by Knorr-Bremse Vasúti Jármű Rendszerek Hungária Kft.

The first place in the Best Next Generation Company category is Kecskeméti Szakképzési Centrum, the second is Coca-Coca HBC Magyarország, and the third is BEKO Engineering Kft.

In the Best Sustainable Ecosystem Builder category, Swiss Krono Hungary took first place, LEGO Manufacturing Kft. came in second, and Harsányi Pincészet came in third.

In the Best Family Business Legacy category, the winner is BI-KA Logisztika Kft., the second is Garzon cégcsoport, and the third is CONFECTOR Mérnök Iroda Kft.

The The donations collected at the 2026 gala will go to the Hospital School Foundation, which will be used for distance learning for children with long-term illnesses.
