The 7th Art is Business Awards were presented

On December 10, 2025, the National Dance Theatre hosted the 7th Art is Business Awards. The awards were presented – in a unique way in the country – to companies, private individuals, business leaders and cultural actors who set an example of fruitful and value-based cooperation between the cultural and business spheres. This year, the Valley of Arts, Heimann Winery, Paradigma Ariadné Építésziroda, Wing Zrt., Katalin Walter and Nikolett Blaskó received the awards awarded by the independent professional committee.

Since 2019, the Art is Business Award has honored those business and artistic actors who think in different ways, but only on a value basis, about the cooperation between the two sectors and sustainable cultural financing. In previous years, companies, cities and individuals have earned the award, such as B. Braun Hungary, Mastercard, BMW Hungary, Egis Hungary, KPMG, Magyar Telekom, Intelligent Power Solutions, Vylyan Winery, Veolia Hungary, Káli Art Inn, Duda Éva Company, MeseTerek, Tímea Jamniczkky, Zoltán Gazsi, Eszter Horgas, Dániel Dinyés, József Sófi, Andrea Rényi, András Polgár, dr. Norbert Vasas, Krisztián Gergye, Gábor Kósi and Edit Kósiné Mihálkovics, and the cities of Szeged, Pécs and Nyíregyháza.

Nominees can be nominated for the award through an application process and following the organizational submissions of Art is Business, from which the current year’s award winners will be chosen as a result of the decision of an independent professional jury.

The 2025 jury members were:Árpád Bíró, Marketing and Communications Manager of the Örkény Theatre; Zsuzsanna Fehér, Marketing and Communications Manager of the Ludwig Museum; Dóra Juhász, Brand and Communications Director of MOME; Helga Hóbor, Communications and Sales Manager of the National Dance Theatre; Zsófia Jávor, PR and Communication Content Development Manager at MÜPA and Mátyás Misetics, Creative Director at MITTE Communications. Last year’s winners also participated in the jury: Gabriella Liptay, Marketing and Communications Manager at KPMG Hungary; Ágnes Oláh, Marketing Manager at Veolia Energia Hungary; Gábor Kósi and Edit Kósiné Mihálkovics patrons; Tímea Jamniczky, CEO of JCDecaux Hungary. The ArkForum category pre-jury included KÉK – Contemporary Architecture Center and VELUX.

The 7th Art is Business Award was organized by the Art is Business Association. The Art is Business Award Ceremony was supported by Magyar Telekom, BMW Group Hungary, Nordconn International, Esterházy Hungary Foundation, Oppenheim Law Firm and See & Solve Consulting by Silvia Sulciová.
