Mineral water site added to Refresco’s portfolio in Germany
In Germany Refresco has reached an agreement with Vivaris to acquire the Grüneberg mineral water plant in Brandenburg. The transaction will expand the company’s branded product and contract manufacturing activities, and it is expected to close by 31 October.
In addition to being an excellent source of water, the plant will give Refresco access to the Berlin/Brandenburg region.
