Kisko Garcia, the chef of El Choco in Cordoba and known as the rejuvenator of traditional Spanish cuisine has played a major role in launching the restaurant. As a result, Artesano intends to present the Spanish gastronomy of the 21st century, rather than orthodox cuisine. They intend to focus on different regions each quarter of the year, starting with Andalusia, followed by the Basque region, Catalonia, and Castilia. The fine dining character of the restaurant is not be expressed in its prices. The interior is definitely Spanish, in spite of its minimalist style.
