Sainsbury’s starts price war against Aldi
Sainsbury’s campaign called ‘Aldi Price Match’ – launched to fight for market share – offers customers 250 Sainsbury’s quality products that match the prices found at Aldi. However, 8 of the 250 Sainsbury’s products went up in price as part of the campaign. The campaign focuses on customer favourites such as meat, chicken, fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy.
