Danone’s baby food sales rise in China
In the 3rd quarter Danone did much better in the baby food market than expected. Total sales augmented by 4.6 percent to EUR 5.64 billion. Behind this success there is an increased demand for foreign baby food by Chinese consumers. Danone reported that global children’s food sales were up 11 percent.
