In their statement, they wrote that the new director has been working at Nestlé for 15 years and has gained experience in numerous key positions. The former factory director, Lidia Wronska, has been managing the Szerencs and Diósgyőr factories since July 2022, and from next month she will be the director of the Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe factory in Sudbury.

Until the appointment of Bobor Roland, she will hold the positions of quality assurance manager and process development manager – they wrote. The engineer and economist joined the Nestlé Diósgyőr factory in 2011 as an internal trainer, and later also performed process development coordinator duties. Since 2016, he has been working as the quality assurance manager of the Szerencs and Diósgyőr factories, but there was a period when he also served as temporary production manager and occupational health and safety manager, the announcement says.

Nestlé Hungária is the world’s largest food company, more than 150 years old, and is present in 189 countries. The Swiss company employs a total of more than 3,000 people in its Szerencs, Diósgyőr and Bük factories and its headquarters in Budapest.
