GKI-Erste economic sentiment index continued to rise in April
In April the GKI-Erste economic sentiment index adjusted for seasonal effects continued its spectacular rise started one and a half years ago. According to the empirical survey conducted by GKI (www.gki.hu) with the support of the EU, the last time when expectations were as favourable as now had been more than one and a half decades ago. Companies were such optimistic last time in the summer of 1998, whereas consumers in the spring of 2006.
