The newest shopping center of Pest opens in April
According to the plans; the Europeum Shopping Center will open its gates on the Blaha Lujza Square before the Easter holidays, on the 14th of April. 70 percent of the building developed by the ABLON Group found tenants.
The developer plans include the renovation of the Blaha Lujza Square, which can accelerate the development of the vicinity of the square. According to the developer; the square’s image needed to be re-transformed uniformly. If Budapest accepts the ABLON development plans, the investment is expected to take place during the summer, by using the own resources of the developer – reports penzcentrum.hu.
